Direct from the heart of Uganda, UBUNTU AFRICA will present their unique, colourful and dynamic show as they share their incredible singing, dance and culture as part of their 7-week Australian tour.

Join us for a colourful, energetic, and dynamic choral workshop featuring the UBUNTU AFRICA, a group of gifted singers, musicians, and dancers who are graduates of the African Children’s Choir.

Enjoy drumming, singing, and sharing stories from Uganda and Kenya in a fun, relaxed environment.

On Saturday 17 May, we will present a unique, colourful, energetic, and dynamic multicultural choir and arts event featuring UBUNTU AFRICA, Graduates of the
African Children's Choir to the Latrobe Valley.

Join us for an afternoon of inspirational music as the UBUNTU AFRICA join together with local groups, Latrobe Valley Choir, Yes I Can! Gippsland Choir, Gippsland Children’s Choir, and the Voices of Moonee Valley conducted by Jennie Swain and Nela Trifkovic.

Join us for a colourful, energetic, and dynamic choral workshop featuring the UBUNTU Africa Graduates of the African Children’s Choir.  

The UBUNTU AFRICA features a group of gifted singers, musicians, and dancers who were once part of the globally acclaimed African Children’s Choir.  

This will be a lively cultural exchange workshop for everyone - students, choir singers, and even the local community and no prior music experience is necessary!

Everyday performers of all ages and backgrounds from Redlands Coast, joined by trained music aficionados, have spent 12 weeks rehearsing a spectacular selection of Broadway classics.

Expect show-stopping numbers from musicals like Chicago, Les Misérables, Cats, Frozen, Hairspray, Rent, Sweet Charity, South Pacific, The King and I, The Sound of Music, The Greatest Showman, and more!

With over 180 local singers and special guest artists (to be announced soon), all conducted by the award-winning Jonathon Welch AM, this promises to be a performance you won’t want to miss.
